With Shipping is always free for all products under 96" widths. For widths over 96" a freight charge is applied.

Returns & Warranty

We have provided a detailed guide to measuring and if followed correctly, we guarantee your blinds will fit. We offer free color swatches for most of our products so that you can see the exact materials and colors prior to placing your order. Since these are custom products, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. If you need help ordering, we are here to assist you  

If you find your product arrives incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact customer service via phone or email within 7 days of delivery. If your product is determined to be incorrectly made, damaged or defective, the manufacturer will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you. The manufacturer will ask for photos detailing the issues so being prepared with photos and emailing them to us will make the process go faster.

Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving of your order, we suggest you immediately open and inspect it thoroughly for any manufacturing defects or possible shipping damage. If you find your product damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. If the product requires a replacement, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and a shipping address to return the product(s) to. Returns must have an RGA number to be accepted by the manufacturer.


Every custom ordered window treatment purchased from is backed by the brand factory's warranty. 

Professional Installation

We are not responsible for any shipping materials or professional installation charges due to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage. If you choose to hire a professional to install your products, we highly recommend that you open and inspect your entire order prior to arranging a professional installation.

Price Guarantee

DaVill Blinds offers a lowest price guarantee on any brand name product you purchase from us for up to 15 days after you receive your order. If you find the same item you purchased from us at another online retailer for less money, we will make sure to adjust your purchase price to the competitor's price.

To qualify, simply email us proof of the lower price. This proof can include a copy of the competitor's shopping cart including the item, any options and shipping charges, or the exact website address (URL) of the product. As soon as we verify the lower price, we will refund you the difference. Please note, we reserve the right not to sell any products below our own cost.
