In an effort to keep our prices always at the lowest possible selling point every day, DaVill Blinds does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival. When your order is placed it is custom made at that time to the specifications you have given us. Please refer to our 'How to Measure' page for clarification or 'Contact Us' and we will happily call you to guide you through any questions you need answered.

If your item arrives damaged please take photos of the damage and send them to us immediately so we can get a replacement made and shipped out to you.

If your order arrives missing pieces simply send us a message of what is missing and we will get that out to you.
